BE A FREE EARTH FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER – JOIN OUR ECO or SET UP TEAMS!

Thanks for supporting Free Earth Festival! You are most welcome to volunteer with our Eco or Set Up Teams.

Free Earth Festival has developed a dedicated “Eco Team” comprising of our Site and Waste Managers and Volunteers to secure that the festival will leave no trace / negative impact on the natural environment and our new venue. Assignments are Garbage Collection, Eco Awareness, etc.

Volunteers for our “Set Up Team” are also welcome. People that would like to help us build maintain and break down our Festival. Assignments are the building of stages, parking control, traffic control, and wristbands/gates. Our Volunteer waste collectors “Eco Team”, is forming for 7 days (starting 29 Aug, 6 hours each shift), Every volunteer will get his festival ticket refunded & a meal per day of work.

Our Volunteer crew “Set Up Team”, is forming for 15 days (set up 16 – 29 August, break down 3 – 5 Sept, and for 12 hours each shift). Every volunteer will get his festival ticket refund, 2 meals per day of work, and WC-showers. You must have a festival ticket to be accepted as a volunteer.

Buy your pre-sale ticket and contact us, so you can be registered as a volunteer (otherwise you will not be accepted) and when you arrive at the festival, ask at the gates for the Volunteers manager.

PLEASE NOTE: if you miss shifts and you don’t replace them with your manager (a) you will lose your refund and your privileges, (b) you’ll be cut out of the team.
